  1. Get a free API token at ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/token
  2. Pass as token: YOUR_TOKEN header (not Authorization!)
  3. Find stations: GET /stations?locationid=FIPS:US&limit=10
  4. Datasets: GHCND=daily, GSOM=monthly, GSOY=annual
  5. Datatypes: TMAX, TMIN, PRCP, SNOW, AWND
