The External Accounts API is used to manage accounts for Viber Business Messages, Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp for use in the [Messages](https://developer.nexmo.com/messages/overview) and [Dispatch](https://developer.nexmo.com/dispatch/overview) APIs.
