POST iap.testIamPermissions

Returns permissions that a caller has on the Identity-Aware Proxy protected resource. If the resource does not exist or the caller does not have Identity-Aware Proxy permissions a [google.rpc.Code.PERMISSION_DENIED] will be returned.
